Paige Lindgren’s health and wellness journey was personal before it became powerful.

What began as a search for answers evolved into a trusted online space where hormone health, cycle-aware nourishment, and realistic wellness take centre stage. Today, she has built a highly engaged community of more than 590,000 followers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Substack. Her work has been featured on leading podcasts, including Pursuit of Wellness, and in respected publications such as Well+Good, mindbodygreen, and Yahoo.

In this Bold BusinessWomen Q&A, Paige shares the first steps that led her into wellness content creation, the non-negotiable habits that keep her grounded, and her advice for eating in a way that supports balance this year. She also gives us a glimpse into her upcoming cookbook, Sync & Savor, launching in April 2026, including one of her go-to, hormone-supportive recipes.

Q&A with Paige Lindgren

What inspired you to start sharing your wellness journey online, and what sparked your interest in hormone health?

Paige Lindgren

I started sharing my wellness journey because I was genuinely trying to figure out my own body. I was diagnosed with hormone and autoimmune issues at a young age, and for years I felt dismissed, confused, and disconnected from what “healthy” was supposed to look like.

Hormone health became personal before it ever became educational.

Hormone health became personal before it ever became educational. Once I realized how much of my energy, mood, digestion, skin, and confidence were tied to my hormones, I felt called to talk about it openly – especially for women who felt like they were doing everything “right” but still didn’t feel well. Sharing online became a way to turn confusion into clarity, and eventually, into community!

What was the very first step you took toward becoming a food and wellness content creator?

I wasn’t trying to be a creator at first. It started during a time when I wasn’t feeling well, so I began experimenting in the kitchen to make recipes that actually helped me feel better, more energized, less inflamed, and more in tune with my cycle.

When TikTok first came out, I casually started sharing those meals as short videos, without any strategy or plan. People began responding and asking questions, and I realized my real-life experiments were resonating! That first step was simply documenting what I was doing for myself and letting it evolve naturally from there.

Looking back, what has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced along the way, and what did it teach you?

Q&A with Paige Lindgren

The biggest challenge has been learning not to tie my worth to outcomes- numbers, engagement, flare-ups, or “doing everything right.” Wellness isn’t linear, and neither is building something meaningful online. I’ve learned that consistency doesn’t mean perfection, and healing doesn’t mean never struggling again.

Wellness isn’t linear, and neither is building something meaningful online. I’ve learned that consistency doesn’t mean perfection, and healing doesn’t mean never struggling again.

That lesson has shaped both my content and my life: progress comes from listening, adjusting, and staying compassionate with yourself.

What’s one non-negotiable habit in your daily routine that helps you stay grounded, focused, and healthy?

Mornings that start slow and intentional. Sunlight, movement, and a nourishing breakfast before I dive into work or my phone completely change how I show up.

It sounds simple, but regulating my nervous system early in the day sets the tone for everything, mentally, hormonally, and emotionally. It sounds simple, but regulating my nervous system early in the day sets the tone for everything, mentally, hormonally, and emotionally.

What’s your top piece of advice for busy women who want to eat better and feel more balanced this year?

Stop trying to overhaul everything at once. Focus on adding nourishment instead of chasing perfection.

Stop trying to overhaul everything at once. Focus on adding nourishment instead of chasing perfection. Balanced meals, enough protein, and eating consistently will do far more for your hormones than the trendiest protocol. Sustainable habits always beat extremes.

What makes your upcoming cookbook, Sync & Savor, unique, and what do you hope women take away from it?

Sync & Savor is built around the idea that food should support your body, not control it. It’s cycle-based, hormone-supportive, and realistic for real life.

Sync & Savor is built around the idea that food should support your body, not control it. It’s cycle-based, hormone-supportive, and realistic for real life. I didn’t want another wellness book that feels overwhelming or prescriptive. My hope is that women walk away feeling more connected to their bodies, more confident in the kitchen, and empowered to nourish themselves with ease, not guilt. It’s about learning to work with your cycle, not against it.

How do you personally define success at this stage of your life and career?

Right now, success looks like alignment more than achievement. It’s having a body I feel connected to, work that feels meaningful instead of performative, and a pace that supports my health rather than working against it. I’m really proud of building a career by sharing what actually helps me, not chasing trends or extremes, but showing up consistently, honestly, and in a way that feels sustainable.

Do you have a go-to recipe, either from your Instagram or Sync & Savor, that you think every busy woman should have in her rotation?

Yes, in Sync & Savor I have a miso salmon sheet pan dinner that I come back to time and time again. It’s a 20-minute meal where everything goes on one pan, which makes cleanup easy- always a win! The salmon’s omega-3s support inflammation behind the scenes, and the miso glaze makes the vegetables incredibly easy (and enjoyable) to eat. It’s the perfect example of a nourishing dinner that doesn’t feel complicated!

What book or podcast has inspired you recently, or shaped how you think about health, life, or business?

Recently, I’ve been inspired by The Body Keeps the Score and conversations around nervous system regulation and intuition. It’s changed how I think about health and work- moving away from pressure and perfection, and toward sustainability, self-trust, and building things that genuinely fit my life.
