Murphy has spent more than ten years driving marketing strategies that increase product adoption and deliver measurable business growth. She joins april from Pinwheel, a fast-growing fintech company, where she served as Head of Marketing and built initiatives that expanded brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Before Pinwheel, Murphy held roles at Meta in both London and New York. There, she helped develop and launch product improvements that increased utilisation across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp’s business tools. Her career reflects a consistent strength in bringing clarity, innovation, and customer-centric thinking to large-scale technology platforms.

Driving Growth in an Industry Ready for Change
